1. Service Information

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, delivery, and use of the home-delivery and take-away services offered by:

Sa Tintina – Puerto de Mahón
Location: Puerto de Mahón, Menorca

Sa Tintina Time Out – Take Away
Location: Mahón, Menorca

Both locations operate under the same brand but may have different delivery areas, schedules, and product availability.


2. Kitchen & Delivery Hours

Operating hours may vary depending on the season, staff availability, and order volume.
The most up-to-date information is always displayed on the website.


3. Delivery Areas & Fees

  • Mahón: €2

  • Es Castell & Sant Lluís: €2.50 (minimum order €10)

  • Llucmaçanes: €2.50 (minimum order €20)

  • Sa Mesquida & Cala Llonga: €3 (minimum order €25)

  • Sant Climent: €3 (minimum order €30)

We reserve the right to update zones, fees, and order minimums without prior notice.
Final delivery fees and minimums will always be displayed before checkout.


4. Orders & Payments

Orders can be placed through the website or by phone.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit / debit card

  • Secure online payment

  • Other methods if shown as available on the website

All payments are processed through secure platforms.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information.


5. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed when:

  • a confirmation email is sent,

  • or the “Order confirmed” message appears on the website,

  • or the order is registered in our internal system as “In preparation.”

If confirmation fails due to a technical error, the customer must contact the restaurant.


6. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to:

  • traffic conditions

  • weather

  • order volume

  • staff availability

We always aim to deliver as quickly as possible.


7. Take Away (Pick-Up) Orders

Pick-up orders must be collected at the correct location indicated on the website.
Uncollected orders do not qualify for a refund.


8. Order Changes or Cancellations

Changes or cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet entered the kitchen.
Once preparation has begun, cancellation is not allowed.

Contact us by phone or through the channel indicated on the website for any changes.


9. Allergens

Information regarding allergens is available on the website or upon request.

The customer must clearly inform us of any allergy or intolerance.
Sa Tintina is not responsible for issues arising from missing or incorrect allergen information provided by the customer.


10. Products & Availability

Product photos may vary from the final dishes.
Availability may change depending on stock and season.

If an item is unavailable, we may:

  • offer an alternative,

  • cancel part of the order, or

  • refund the corresponding amount.


11. Prices & Taxes

All prices include VAT.
Any extra charges (delivery, supplements, etc.) are displayed before checkout.

Prices may be updated without notice, but the final price is always shown before payment.


12. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in justified cases, such as:

  • duplicated orders caused by a technical error

  • wrong items due to restaurant error

  • items in poor condition (must be evidenced through photos)

Refunds are not issued for:

  • change of mind

  • delays caused by traffic or weather

  • items already consumed or altered

  • failure to pick up take-away orders


13. Website Use

The customer agrees not to:

  • submit false information

  • place fraudulent orders

  • manipulate, interfere with, or misuse the website or ordering system

Sa Tintina may cancel orders when fraudulent or improper activity is suspected.


14. Data Protection

We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal data is used exclusively to manage orders and related communications.


15. Modifications to Terms

Sa Tintina may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The latest version is always the one published on the website.
