V. Enforcement Procedure
If a request for accessible information or a complaint is rejected, if you disagree with the decision, or if the response does not meet the requirements of Article 12.5, you may file a formal claim.

Claims may be filed through the Generic Request Form of the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, or through any of the methods outlined in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
