V. Enforcement Procedure

If a request for accessible information or a complaint is rejected, if you disagree with the decision, or if the response does not meet the requirements of Article 12.5, you may file a formal claim.

A claim may also be submitted if 20 business days have passed without receiving a response.

Claims may be filed through the Generic Request Form of the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, or through any of the methods outlined in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.

Claims will be received and processed by the Subdirectorate-General of Services Inspection of the Ministry.
